Opportunity to train with Premier Lacrosse League professionals
We have an incredible opportunity for our players to work with professionals from the Premier Lacross League.
This is a training event developed by and coached by PLL athletes to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development.
It is designed for lacrosse players between kindergarten and twelfth grade. Athletes should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don’t worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement – regardless of our skill level today.
Sunday, January 22nd in graded groups.
- K-4th: 2-3p
- 5-8: 3-4:30p
- High School: 4:30-6p
